AMD announces EPYC 7H12 64Cores/128Threads
AMD has unveiled its EPYC 7H12 , a 64-core 128-thread with just 280W TDP from Rome Family.
As per AMD the CPU has broken 100 world records. The processor has a clock speed of 2.6 GHz base and 3.3 GHz turbo.
The CPU is aimed at server environment which offers liquid cooling in order to extract full performance.
