iPhone 11 to get 4GB RAM, performance boost
A new benchmark has leaked for latest iPhone 11 which points to two major things. Improvement in single core performance by 12% and minimum 4GB RAM.
Although the multicore performance has negligible performance bump, compared to last year iPhones, 4GB RAM to the lowest model seems like a welcome change. This could indicate that higher models could sport 6GB RAM.
The next SOC which might be called A13 is going to be manufactured by TSMC at 7nm.
