Android Q is dead, long live Android 10
From the inception, Every new android release had desert theme release names. Till now 14 themes have been announced with every major release from cupcake to Pie.
Every release also entailed request from every corner of the world to select their favorite desert. Not to mention google’s special tie up during kitkat days (android 4.X) and their sweet Easter egg in every phone.
However, from Android 10 onward, there will be no public facing desert name for next android iterations and the OS name will be simply denoted with number. So Android 10 will be… well, Android 10.
