Sony Xperia 8 Launched

Sony on a launching spree has announced a mid-range device called Xperia 8 in Japan.

Physical Dimension

As usual for Xperia series, Xperia 8 has a 6inch 21:9 tall body design with gorilla glass coating upfront. The display sports full HD+ resolution and being mid-range device, LCD screen is used. The finger print scanner is on the right side.

Camera

The front camera has a single 8MP F/2.0 shooter. On the backside it has 12MP F/1.8 main camera with 8MP f/2.4 ultrawide camera.

CPU

The SOC used here is a Snapdragon 630 chipset along with 4GB RAM and 64GB of storage. MicroSD slot has been provided for those who want to expand the storage. The battery has 2,760 mAh capacity with support for 18W fast charging. It is also certified with IP65/68 rating. NFC and 3.5mm jack completes the package
