Xiaomi to use 108MP camera
Samsung last month has introduced its 108MP ISOCELL Bright HMX sensor for mobile phones and as unearthed by XDA, it seems Xiaomi is getting ready to use the same in 4 different models as dicing apart their gallery app shows.
Even though the sensor advertises itself as 108MP, with pixel binning technique it will be able to post 27MP images in low light conditions which results in a pixel size of 1.6μm which is still massive.
