Red Hat’s CFO fired by IBM
Wall street journal has reported that Red Hat’s CFO Mr. Eric Shander is no longer working for Red Hat. Not only Shander has been dismissed by the company, but his $4 million retention money is also forfeited.
However, no specifics of his dismissal was announced.
Shander joined Red Hat in 2015 and was promoted as CFO in 2017.
Just to iterate further that IBM has recently acquired Red Hat in a $30 Billion deal.
Vise President Finance Mr. Laurie Krebs will be interim CFO for the time being.
