OnePlus may try again with mid-range segment- OnePlus 8 Lite Leaked
OnePlus has already complicated its lineup by launching the main series, pro version, then “T” edition and McLaren edition. Now it seems they are ready to go beyond and add a lite edition to its next OnePlus 8 Series.
This leak comes from famous leakster @OnLeaks who has shared the render images of OnePlus 8 Lite.
OnePlus attempted to revolutionise mid-range segment by launching OnePlus X in 2014, aiming for same sort of disruption as they did with the flagship model. However, OnePlus’s attempt at doing so foiled as OnePlus X did not the popularity as expected.
OnePlus has already launched its most expensive phone yet and have reached the flagship status both hardware an price wise and now OnePlus is gearing up again to tackle mid segment and presumably launch this lite edition with other OnePlus 8 and OnePlus 8 Pro. The device seems to have 6.5 inch screen, with punch hole to house camera and a familiar alert slider makes and appearance. USB C can be seen, however, no headphone jack is included.
The rear panel is made of glass, with a gradient finish adoring camera module on the top left side with just two cameras. The fingerprint scanner is missing from physical appearance which suggests there is an in-display fingerprint scanner.
