Twitter launches “Hide Reply” Feature

Internet is a place to learn new things and discover new stuff. Internet is also a place where people tend to spread lots of poison.

In order to combat this, Twitter has launched a new feature which we must admit is a bit controversial, where such offensive tweets can be made hidden. Thus preventing tweets which are just aimed for being offensive or irrelevant to be visible to majority of public.

Only those who wish to read these comments can click unhide tweet to see them. This Twitter believes will make people behave more appropriately and will use their platform more righteously.

The feature was launched in Canada before is now being extended to USA and Japan. So this feature is assumingly still under test and may roll out globally if proven.
