Librem 5 and Pinephone On track

Purism has confirmed that it will begin shipping the Librem 5 at the end of the month. However, the shipment will be done in batches. The initial batch being the most experimental oh not so fit hardware and not so finished software.

However by 2020, Purism want to launch next gen Librem with 14nm SOC in anticipation of wider adoption.

Similarly Pine64 has confirmed their Allwinner A64 SOC based phinephone is also on track and have even displayed the finished hardware.

Those who are concerned about their privacy have multiple choice in the coming months.
